Multi-Factor Authentication Portal Registration TIPS |
1. For Security reasons, Multi-Factor Authentication Portal is only accessible using userid and password from Avnet's internal network. 2. Verify that you are using your Windows userid and the same password used when logging into your Windows Workstation and Email. 3. Under Multi-Factor Authentication Portal homepage, the user has an option to add and update "Mobile Number" and "Q&A". - Q&A is only required if the user doesn't have corporate issued email and don't wish to use his/her mobile phone to receive One-Time Password (OTP) Token. - Corporate email address is automatically populated for user's profile who have corporate issued email. If the user has not completed MFA registration then by default One-Time Password (OTP) Token will be sent to user's corporate mailbox. - Mobile phone saved under Multi-Factor Authentication profile is not shared with any other Avnet application and being strictly used for only sending One-Time Password (OTP) Token. 4. If you continue to experience trouble logging into MFA Portal or issue receiving One-Time Password (OTP) Token, please contact the Helpdesk (866GO AVNET) for assistance. Login to Multi-Factor Authentication Portal and complete registration. |
